Our employees receive on-going training and education in collections. Our membership in The American Collectors Association (ACA) allows us access to educational materials and seminars covering all aspects of collections. Our collectors earn ACA certification by successfully completing courses and passing tests on Professional Telephone Collection Techniques and The Fair Dept Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Our Staff is kept up-to-date on federal laws relating to credit and collections and on the latest professional collection techniques.
All collection techniques used by our agency shall be in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (GLB) and the Health Insurance Portability And Accountability Act (HIPAA), as well as all applicable state and local laws. We abide by the Code of Ethics and Standards adopted by the American Collectors Association.
